在對冷(lěng)拔(bá)鋼管(guǎn)進行生產(chǎn)處理過程中,一般(bān)也要進行一定的變形處理,才能在後續的應用過程(chéng)中進行更好的使用,那麽在(zài)對(duì)冷拔鋼管是如何進行變形處理的呢?當凸模下降(jiàng)與冷拔(bá)無縫鋼管接觸時,冷拔鋼管起首彎曲,在凸模圓角部位材(cái)料(liào)發生脹形變形並發生硬化。凸模繼續下降,此時,冷拔無縫鋼(gāng)管(guǎn)有兩種變形的可能,一是凸模底部坯料在兩(liǎng)向拉應力感化下發生伸長變形(xíng),概況(kuàng)積增添,厚度減薄,即脹形變形;二是法蘭部門(mén)坯料在切向壓應力、徑向拉應力感(gǎn)化下,經由(yóu)過程凹模圓角向直壁的(de)流動,概況積削減,厚度增添,即拉深變形。

In the production process of cold-drawn steel pipe, it is generally necessary to do some deformation treatment in order to make better use in the subsequent application process. Then how to do deformation treatment for cold-drawn steel pipe? The wall flow, general area reduction, thickness increase, that is, deep drawing deformation. 

冷(lěng)拔鋼管拉深變形(xíng)阻力與(yǔ)脹形變形阻力相那時(shí),底部的脹形將與法(fǎ)蘭處的拉深同時進行(háng)。若拉深變形阻力(lì)小於脹形變形(xíng)阻力,底部和(hé)壁部的坯料將不再發生變形,法蘭處的坯料向直壁轉移形成筒壁(bì),拉深變形得以順遂進行,直(zhí)至變形竣事。若拉深變形阻力年夜於底部或縫(féng)部脹形變形阻力,則將發生脹形變形。

When the deformation resistance of cold-drawn steel pipe is equal to that of bulging deformation, the bulging at the bottom will proceed simultaneously with the drawing at the flange. If the drawing deformation resistance is less than the bulging deformation resistance, the blank at the bottom and the wall will not deform. The blank at the flange will transfer to the straight wall to form the cylinder wall, and the drawing deformation will proceed smoothly until the deformation is completed. If the deformation resistance in deep drawing is greater than that in bottom or joint, the bulging deformation will occur.

因為(wéi)冷拔鋼管脹形變形水(shuǐ)平有限(xiàn),是以這種(zhǒng)變形(xíng)體例的改變意味著分裂的起頭。是以,正常(cháng)的拉深過程是彎曲、脹形(xíng)、拉深的變形過程。不然,則(zé)為彎曲、脹形、拉深、脹形、分裂的(de)過程。彎曲變(biàn)形在拉深過程中(zhōng)始終存在。脹形變形或是存在於變形(xíng)初期,或是存(cún)在於加工的全過程,或是與拉深變形瓜代進(jìn)行直至變形竣事或零件開裂(liè)。
