冷拔無縫（féng）鋼管據有很好的抗腐蝕性，冷拔無縫鋼管的理（lǐ）化性（xìng）能主要取決於鋼的化學成分，組織（zhī）結構和鋼的純淨度以及冷拔無（wú）縫鋼（gāng）管的熱處理方式（shì）等，冷拔無縫鋼管（guǎn）常見的工藝性能壓扁、擴口、卷邊、彎曲（qǔ）、焊接等。冷（lěng）拔無縫鋼管常見的缺陷問（wèn）題有：
The physical and chemical properties of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe mainly depend on the chemical composition of the steel, the structure and purity of the steel, and the heat treatment method of the cold-drawn seamless steel pipe. The common technological properties of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe are flattening, flanging, bending and welding. Common defects of cold-drawn seamless steel tubes are as follows: a. 危險性缺陷：裂紋、內折、外折、軋破、離層、結疤、拉凹、凸包等。
A. Dangerous defects: cracks, internal folding, external folding, rolling, delamination, scarring, concave drawing, convex hull, etc.
b. 一般性缺（quē）陷：麻坑、青線、劃傷（shāng）、碰傷（shāng）、輕微（wēi）的內、外直道、輥印等。
B. General defects: pits, green lines, scratches, bruises, slight internal and external straight paths, roll prints, etc.
缺陷問題（tí）產生原因：
The causes of defects are as follows:
① 由於管坯的表麵缺（quē）陷或內部缺（quē）陷（xiàn）所帶來的。
It is caused by the surface or internal defects of the billet.
② 生產（chǎn）過程中產生的（de），如軋製工藝參數設計不正確，模具表麵不光滑，潤滑條件不好（hǎo），孔型設計及調整不合理。
(2) During the production process, such as incorrect design of rolling process parameters, non-smooth surface of die, poor lubrication conditions, unreasonable pass design and adjustment.
③管坯（pī）(冷拔無縫鋼管)在加熱（rè）軋製，熱處理（lǐ）以及矯直過程中，如果因為加熱溫度控製不當，變形不均勻，加（jiā）熱冷卻速度不合（hé）理或矯直變形量太大而產生過大的殘（cán）餘應力，那麽也有可能導致冷拔無縫鋼管（guǎn）產生表麵裂紋（wén）。
(3) During hot rolling, heat treatment and straightening of cold-drawn seamless steel tube, if excessive residual stress occurs due to improper control of heating temperature, uneven deformation, unreasonable heating and cooling speed or excessive straightening deformation, surface cracks may also occur in cold-drawn seamless steel tube.
