磁力冷（lěng）凝器出廠前要進行有關的氣壓實驗的目的是查看高壓冷（lěng）凝器有關性能及安全性，其（qí）詳（xiáng）細施行進程為： 磁力冷凝器做氣壓實驗的氣體為幹（gàn）燥清洗的空氣、氮氣或別的惰性氣（qì）體。實驗（yàn）進程中應有安全措施，實驗單位的（de）安全管理部門應當在現場進行監督監管。磁力冷凝器做氣壓實驗進程如下：實驗（yàn）時應先緩（huǎn）慢升壓至規則實驗壓力的10%，保壓5分（fèn）鍾後，對所用焊接接頭盒銜接部（bù）位進行查看。在（zài）確認上述部位沒有走漏（lòu）後，持（chí）續升壓（yā）至規則實驗壓力的50%。
